We want you to love what you order. If something's not right, here's how we handle it:

Return Window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Conditions for Return: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

How to Start a Return: Email us at support@caldwellandco.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send you a return shipping address and instructions.

Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — no return needed.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, gift cards, and personal care items cannot be returned.
